These are the providers actually used to run JobMatch Ireland. We do not list providers we do not use.
This page explains how JobMatch Ireland operates. It is written in plain English for our customers and does not constitute legal advice. It is not a certification of compliance by any authority.
Lovable (hosting and application platform)
- Purpose
- Hosts and serves the JobMatch Ireland website and its server functions.
- Data involved
- Technical request data such as IP address, browser information and application logs.

Supabase (database, authentication and file storage)
- Purpose
- Stores your account, CV files, analyses, subscription entitlements and support requests, and handles sign-in.
- Data involved
- Account details, CV documents and extracted CV text, job descriptions, analysis results, subscription state, support messages.

- May involve processing outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the provider's contractual data-protection terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses where these apply.

Stripe (payments and subscriptions)
- Purpose
- Takes payment, stores card details on its own systems and manages recurring subscriptions and the billing portal.
- Data involved
- Email address, billing details you enter with Stripe, subscription and payment records. JobMatch never receives or stores your full card number.

- Stripe processes data internationally and relies on its own transfer safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses where these apply.

Lovable AI Gateway (AI model access)
- Purpose
- Runs the AI analysis of your CV text against the job description you provide, and returns the structured result.
- Data involved
- The CV text extracted from your document and the job description text you paste in. No account identifiers, payment data or file attachments are sent.

Analytics and advertising
No analytics, advertising or tracking provider is installed. If we add one, it will be listed here, described in the cookie policy, and loaded only after you consent to that category.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer relies on the provider's own data-protection terms, including Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision where those apply. We do not claim a transfer mechanism we have not put in place — if you need the specific mechanism for a named provider, ask us and we will confirm what is in place at that time.
